They are students — young people who should be in classrooms, not on the streets. But when their voices were ignored, they chose to stand up. In heavy rain, under makeshift tents, thousands of students from across Jharkhand have gathered to demand their fundamental rights.
This is the most mature protest India has seen — no stone-pelting, no vandalism, no violence. Just young Indians holding the tricolour, raising slogans of truth, and sitting peacefully in dharna. Even the rain couldn't break their spirit.
A transgender person donated ₹50,000 from their own savings to help these students — because they believe in this cause. If someone with so little can give so much, imagine what we can do together.
The students need food, clean drinking water, rain protection, medical aid, and basic supplies to continue their peaceful protest. They are not asking for luxury — just the bare minimum to keep going while they fight for what is right.
